Reporting Hazing
Report an Incident
UCCS provides multiple avenues for students, family members, faculty, staff, and community members to report hazing. We want to ensure that we are supporting the health, safety, and well-being of students. By reporting something you see or hear that concerns you, you are on the right track to support your fellow Mountain Lions! Having accurate, timely, and factual information makes all the difference.
*Please don’t assume others have reported the same incident; we would rather have multiple reports than none at all.
Reporting Options
The following are ways to report hazing concerns. Please provide as much detail as possible:
If there is an immediate concern for safety, ensure you call 911 or our campus police at (719) 255-3111.
Submit a Student Conduct Reporting Form, or contact the Office of the Dean of students at (719)-255-3091 or dos@uccs.edu.
Another useful tool is the UCCS Safe app. This app has many features, including an option to report an incident.
